Are the non-OEM parts good quality?
In short, Yes! We know that the performance and durability of parts is essential and FRP make sure when sourcing, that all products at least meet or exceed OEM specification and requirements.
Will the alternative products fit my Thermo King® unit?
Our team work hard with supplier to ensure that all the compatibility information on each product is as accurate and up to date as possible and to date we have had very few problems over the years as our customer service team and engineers really are experts in the refrigeration service and maintenance industry. So you can buy in confidence. If there are any problems we will always work quickly towards a resolution.
Can you deliver to Mainland Europe?
We most certainly can, and even further if required. Our operations are focused on the United Kingdom and Ireland but we have regularly sent orders overseas including South Africa and have the facility to send across the globe. If the country isn’t listed on the Delivery and Returns page then please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise.
Are your parts under warranty?
Yes. Fleet Refrigeration Parts offer a 6 month warranty on all products sold, some OEM parts come with a longer manufacturers warranty, depending on what the product is.
Is it possible to open a credit trade account with Fleet Refrigeration Parts?
